Bones Cremation

In Greece we have all experienced the tragic ending of our beloved ones’ bones. This is not the most honorable process for our dead and our culture.

Based on Act No. 4368 / 21-2-16 article 92, families instead of the usual procedure of storing the bones, may opt for their cremation which is carried out in special furnaces at the Ritsona Crematorium.

Procedure:
The family assigns the funeral home the duty to pick up the bones from the cemetery, transport them to Ritsona Crematorium and pick up the urn after the cremation has been completed.
