Missions & Returns
Your order is shipped via ASC.

The Shipping Department closes on weekdays at 5pm. and remains closed on weekends and holidays. There is no possibility to deliver to P.O box or PO/FPO.

In case of difficulties in the execution of the order (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you in order to arrange delivery.

Orders within Greece are delivered in 3 to 10 working days.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases. However if for for whatever reason you are not, you have the option of returning the order within 14 days from the day you received it.

Returns are only accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition in their packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. The shipping cost for the return of an order is entirely borne by the sender, except if the product was defective.

Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card with which the purchase was made or in case of cash on delivery or bank transfer, it will be deposited to the bank account declared by the customer. Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of the products.

In case the product you received is defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
