The website www.cremservices.gr is, among other things, an electronic store selling products via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “online store” or “website”) created and operated by the company under the name “CREMATION SERVICES S.A.” and the distinctive title “CREM SERVICES S.A.”, headquartered in Chalandri, Attica, 126 Pentelis Avenue, P.C. 15234 with a branch in Megali Gefyra Ritsonas, D.E. Avlida, with VAT No. 801009909, KEFODE Attica, GEMI Number 146878901000, e-mail address eshop@cremservices.gr, and e-shop service line 2221121752 (hereinafter referred to for brevity as “CREM SERVICES”).

Acceptance of Terms of Use of the E-Shop

The present terms and conditions apply and are valid for the use of the CREM SERVICES e-shop. Every user who enters and transacts or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” and/or “user” and/or “customer” depending on whether he/she is limited to visiting the store only or also orders and sells products) is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept these terms as well as the Terms of Use, the Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy of the CREM SERVICES website, without any exception whatsoever. If a user does not agree with the terms, then he/she must, at his/her own risk, refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the CREM SERVICES online store.

General Terms – Amendment – Applicable Law

CREM SERVICES reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from its online store, whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform users and customers of any change, through the company’s and online store pages. Contracts through the online store are drawn up in the Greek language and the applicable law is Greek.

Information & Products Provided

CREM SERVICES is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information provided in the online store, with regard to the identity of CREM SERVICES as well as the transactions provided through the online store. CREM SERVICES, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries made by error/omission according to common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence. CREM SERVICES informs that the photographic material posted on each product, for the best service to the user/customer, may have minor deviations from the final deliverable product, which do not negate the nature or properties of the product. For any such deviations, CREM SERVICES bears no responsibility.

Product Availability – Order Confirmation

CREM SERVICES ensures the continuous updating of the availability of the products available from the online store. Due to the time required for the update, it may in rare cases not be accurate.

For this reason, the availability of the item will be confirmed and the customer will be informed by a relevant email from CREM SERVICES regarding the acceptance of his order. This update will take place without delay and in any case within three (3) working days from the sending of the order by the customer.

Shipping Method

Orders within Greece are shipped exclusively through ACS Courier, a courier company affiliated with CREM SERVICES.

Orders outside Greece are shipped after consultation with the customer.

The delivery location is selected by the customer upon completion of your order, stating the desired delivery address.

Shipping Cost

Within Greece: Shipping costs with ACS 4 – 8€ depending on the volume of the package.

Outside Greece:

After consultation with the customer.

Delivery Time

The times below refer to working days from the date of order confirmation and customer notification of its shipment.

Shipments to land destinations and large urban centers are delivered within 3-5 days.
Shipments to island destinations are made within 5-10 days.
Shipments to remote/hard-to-reach areas are made within 5-15 days.

Order Tracking

When the order is shipped, CREM SERVICES sends an information email to the customer, which also includes the shipping number of their package, as well as instructions to track it.
